2022-2023 Spring Tryouts
We are excited to announce that planning for the 2022-2023 hockey season is well underway and for the first time in 2 seasons we are planning without any Covid restrictions. We are looking forward to Spring Tryouts for all age groups and getting back to a traditional hockey season!
Tryouts will begin on May 7th. Full tryout schedule can be viewed here.
The first 50 players registered will receive early bird pricing of $75 which includes a RAGE Hockey tryout jersey they get to keep and a minimum of 3 guaranteed skates. **UPDATE - Cost of tryouts will be $60 for 3 guaranteed skates but there will not be a tryout jersey supplied. Those who have already registered at $75 will be refunded the difference.
2022-2023 Divisions
U9 - Novice 2014 & younger (Full Ice AAA Caliber)
U11 - Atom 2012 & 2013
U13 - Peewee 2010 & 2011
U15 - Bantam 2008 & 2009
U16 - Minor Midget (2007 & Limited 2006's)
U18 - Major Midget (2005 & 2006's)
2022-2023 Season Outline
As mentioned above, we are planning on a return to normal hockey for the upcoming season and below is what you can expect from RAGE Hockey this season. Everything below is included in our season fees;

110 hours on the ice (minimum)

28 Game regular season in the ORHL

40 Games total (regular season, playoffs, tournaments, exhibition)

a minimum of10 hours of Professional Instruction

includes Team practices as well

Team jacket

Team headwear

Team gear package (to be finalized)

Cost for all of the above $3250 (or less, final ice costs will determine our ultimate player fee and will be communicated to parents once known).
May 2022 - Tryouts
June 2022 - Fittings for gear both team gear included above and any additional custom on ice equipment and teamwear that will be available for families to purchase only IF they want to.
August 2022 - towards the end of the month teams will start to skate and delivery of all team gear and any additional items ordered by parents.
Sept 2022 - after Labour Day, full hockey schedule will begin. Schedule for entire season, practice, training and games will be complete and uploaded into each teams TeamSnap calendar
